Job Summary:
We are seeking a High / Extra-High Voltage Electrical Engineer to perform conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for electrical substation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engineering development for High and Extra-High Voltage substations.
2. Design and calculation of substations with various voltage levels.
3. Multidisciplinary technical coordination from the engineering office.
We are looking for an **ELECTRICAL ENGINEER** specializing in High / Extra-High Voltage, who will be responsible for performing conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for High and Extra-High Voltage electrical substation projects, participating in design, calculation, technical specification, and multidisciplinary coordination from the engineering office.
**Requirements:**
* Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer.
* Experience in engineering design of High and Extra-High Voltage electrical substations.
* Proven experience in designing, calculating, and developing substations at 60 kV, 138 kV, 220 kV, and/or 500 kV.
* Proven experience performing engineering from the **Engineering Office**, not in supervision or construction.
* Knowledge of standards: IEC, IEEE, ANSI, National Electrical Code, National Electricity Regulation.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for High and Extra-High Voltage substations.
* Prepare electrical calculations, calculation reports, technical specifications, and data sheets.
* Design single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, and project technical documentation.
* Select and specify High Voltage electrical equipment according to project requirements.
* Coordinate technically the integration of the electrical discipline with other engineering disciplines.
* Review and validate drawings, technical documents, and deliverables prior to client issuance.
* Participate in technical meetings with clients, manufacturers, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Address technical comments and implement corresponding updates during engineering development.
* Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE standards and quality standards.
* Provide technical support during procurement and construction phases when required, while maintaining a primary focus on engineering development.
