**Main Requirements:** * **Graduated or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering**, with solid technical training. * **Minimum of 2 years' experience** in design, implementation, and/or supervision of industrial or commercial electrical systems. * **Experience in electrical projects,** installation and testing of electrical panels. * **Proficiency in creating and interpreting electrical drawings**, especially for electrical panels and system logic. * **Knowledge of installation, routing, and conduit of electrical cables**, complying with safety and quality standards. * **Availability to conduct technical visits** within and outside Lima (short trips as required by project needs). * **Ability to work on-site** and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable Competencies:** * Knowledge of **public or private bidding processes**. * Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD or other related to electrical design and simulation). **Personal Competencies:** * Results-oriented and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable for site work or technical visits.
