Job Summary: We are seeking an External Plant O&M Coordinator - Regions to manage the operation and maintenance of the external plant network, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage external plant faults and preventive maintenance plans. 2. Update fiber routes and develop operational procedures. 3. Discover the challenges awaiting you as an External Plant O&M Coordinator - Regions: * Respond to external plant faults by taking required actions to restore service within the timeframes and quality levels defined by company policy. * Execute and monitor the external plant preventive maintenance plan, pursuing continuous improvement and achieving efficiencies and synergies in the process. * Plan and execute scheduled corrective actions on the optical fiber network, pursuing continuous improvement and achieving efficiencies and synergies in the process. * Update fiber routes on Entel platforms during network changes—whether for corrective work, preventive maintenance, or other requirements. * Develop and maintain up-to-date procedures, instructions, and standards to ensure efficient operation and maintenance. * Manage suppliers of goods and/or services (performance evaluation, SLA compliance, penalties, and settlements). * Oversee the review and validation of deliverables from external plant expansion and maintenance projects. * Comply with standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the internal quality management system. * Support the preparation of notifications, accreditations, and other documentation required under applicable regulations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of access and backhaul networks. * Knowledge of operation and maintenance of external optical fiber plant networks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of external plant networks. * Basic GIS proficiency. * Basic SQL and Python proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
