Job Description: As a technician, you are responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities, building equipment, and general services, ensuring their optimal operation. **Responsibilities include:** Maintenance of facilities with expertise in: * Plumbing and sanitary systems * Electrical systems (replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches, basic wiring) * Replacement of tiles and minor finishing work * Furniture and fixtures (doors and locks, flooring) **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in general building maintenance * Education: Completed technical program * Work schedule: o Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00 o Saturdays, 08:30–14:00 **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Job stability When you join CBRE, you become part of the world's leading commercial real estate services and investment firm driving progress for businesses and individuals.
