We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Genexus Technical Leader Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions (mandatory). Experience leading teams or serving as a technical reference. Experience in the financial sector, banking, or insurance. Leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills. Tools: Experience in Genexus development (advanced level). Experience with DB2 and SQL databases. Knowledge of Bantotal or core banking platforms. Knowledge of Java. Proficiency in agile methodologies. Benefits: Formal payroll registration. EPS (optional).
