Design of stakeholder engagement strategies and social risk analysis Grupo SANNY, a leading company with over 10 years of experience in the construction sector in the central region of the country, is seeking a Social Manager. **Requirements:** * **Professional** degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Social Anthropology, Social Sciences, or related fields, with specialization in community management. * **Experience**: 2 years in social management of projects, preferably in urban and rural road works (streets and sidewalks) and/or irrigation systems. Significant preference will be given to candidates with direct interaction experience with district municipalities, local governments, peasant communities, and vulnerable populations. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of the Peruvian regulatory framework related to citizen participation, social management, and community–State relations (municipal laws, sectoral regulations, participation guidelines, etc.). * Knowledge of social processes associated with infrastructure projects: identification of stakeholders, mapping of interest groups, analysis of social and environmental risks, and design of stakeholder engagement strategies. * Proficiency in methodologies for social diagnosis, interviews, surveys, and participatory workshops with communities and local authorities. * Understanding of the dynamics of street, sidewalk, and irrigation system construction projects, and their social impact on traffic, access, economic activities, and water usage. * Knowledge of coordination procedures with municipalities, communities, neighborhood committees, irrigation user boards, and other organizations within the area of influence. * Ability to prepare social reports, meeting minutes, summaries, social incident reports, and action plans to address risks or conflicts. * Basic knowledge of SSOMA to coordinate communication and awareness-raising activities with communities and workers.
