At Yellow Digital, we seek a creative, organized, and leadership-capable professional to coordinate and supervise the graphic design department of our agency. Main Responsibilities: ✨ Design graphic content for various brands and social media platforms. ✨ Assign and organize tasks for the design team. ✨ Supervise timelines, progress, and delivery deadlines. ✨ Review, correct, and approve graphic assets prior to submission. ✨ Coordinate and support the team of designers. ✨ Ensure visual quality and compliance with each brand’s guidelines. ✨ Implement AI tools to optimize creative and production processes. Requirements: ✅ Proven experience in graphic design for brands and digital content. ✅ Intermediate-level proficiency in graphic design. ✅ Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. ✅ Essential knowledge of AI tools applied to design, image generation, editing, retouching, and content optimization. ✅ Strong organizational, leadership, and team supervision skills. ✅ Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and accountability. ✅ Ability to work with multiple brands and meet deadlines. Full-time schedule: \- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. \- One in-person meeting per month (Lima metropolitan area) ✨ Submit your CV and portfolio.
