Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician or graduate for technical support, user assistance, and incident resolution, with knowledge of SQL Server and ERP systems. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and user assistance 2. Resolution of hardware, software, and network incidents 3. Proficiency in SQL Server, Excel, and ERP systems Technician or university graduate in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL Server. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables). Familiarity with or experience in ERP systems. Experience in technical support, help desk, or user assistance. Knowledge of equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance. Ability to resolve basic hardware, software, and network incidents.
