Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Supervisor with experience in critical risk management and regulatory compliance to ensure the integrity of personnel at service stations and construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead field HSE supervision for service stations and construction sites. 2. Investigate incidents and manage performance indicators. 3. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ISO standards. A leading company in the sector is looking to incorporate an **HSE Supervisor** with solid experience in critical risk management and regulatory compliance. The primary objective will be to supervise and guarantee the physical integrity of personnel during service station operations and construction projects. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Occupational Risk Specialization (minimum 80 hours)**, certifications for high-risk activities (working at heights, confined spaces, hot work, electrical work, load lifting, excavation, LOTO). * **Experience:** Proven experience in field supervision and HSE system management. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of current HSE legislation and technical standards for storage/commercialization of **liquid fuels**. * **ISO Standards:** Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015. * **Digital Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio) and **Power BI** for indicator reporting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site compliance with safety protocols at service stations and construction sites. * Lead incident investigations using standard methodologies. * Manage and report performance indicators using Power BI and Office tools. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and the organization’s ISO standards.
