The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of labor laws and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. **Education:** * **Final year student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or Law.** * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge: Basic labor legislation, recruitment processes, and personnel administration. * Tools: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Job Description:** * **Main Responsibilities:** * Documentation Management: Draft and manage employment contracts, renewals, system onboarding/offboarding, and maintenance of personnel files. * Personnel Administration: Monitor attendance, tardiness, medical leaves, and vacation scheduling. Consolidate worked hours data for benefit and payroll processing. * Recruitment and Selection: Assist in resume screening and candidate scheduling. * Labor Procedures: Manage onboarding, offboarding, and all required labor documentation with relevant authorities. * Workplace Climate and Well-being: Implement well-being activities and support internal communications. * Knowledge Management: Maintain updated and organized physical and digital HR department records. * Support compliance with labor regulations. * Conduct recruitment processes and interviews. **Position Conditions:** * Work Mode: 100% on-site work in Puente Piedra. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
