




Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Assistant to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, personnel administration, and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recruitment, selection, and personnel document management 2. Supervision of attendance and labor procedures 3. Collaboration in fostering a positive work environment and employee support We seek to incorporate into our TESPRO team a Human Resources Assistant with a dynamic and organized profile who is eager to take on the challenge of managing daily HR operations within our organization. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and Selection: Support in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling candidate interviews; coordinate evaluations and interviews with department leaders. * Document Management: Prepare and manage employment contracts and addendums, renewals, system registrations/terminations, and maintenance of personnel files. * Execute the onboarding program for new hires. * Record issuance of equipment and assets to personnel. * Monitor internal personnel programs. * Personnel Control: Supervise attendance, tardiness, medical leaves, and vacation scheduling; consolidate working hours data for benefits and payroll processing. * Labor Procedures: Manage hiring, termination, and all required labor documentation with relevant authorities. * Workplace Climate and Well-being: Implement well-being activities and support internal communications. * Knowledge Management: Maintain updated and organized physical and digital HR department archives. * Coordinate medical examinations for applicants. * Provide HR-related support to employees. * Distribute pay slips. * Issue documents requested by company employees (e.g., employment certificates, work certificates, leave-of-absence letters, resignation acceptance letters, etc.). * Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Respond to labor inspections. * Monthly issuance and monitoring of SCTR and mandatory life insurance. * Support completion of digital forms for opening payroll and CTS accounts for new personnel. * Prepare HR management reports and indicators (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, tardiness). * Other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Education: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge: Basic labor legislation, recruitment processes, and personnel administration. * Tools: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Competencies:** * Organization and high attention to detail. * Empathy and excellent communication skills. * Confidentiality, ethics, and strong sense of responsibility. * Internal service orientation and conflict resolution skills.
