Updating As-Built drawings using AutoCAD Description: A leading company in the engineering sector seeks to hire a Technical Assistant specialized in air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) systems to supervise and control infrastructure projects in hospital facilities. The objective of this position is to ensure technical compliance of installations and proper documentation of construction progress. Main Responsibilities: Technical supervision of installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems on site. Field quantity takeoffs and preparation of technical justifications for monthly valuations. Updating As\-Built drawings using AutoCAD software according to installation progress. Logistics management and quality control: receipt of supplies and supervision of storage/transportation of equipment and materials. Drafting daily field reports and direct reporting to supervision. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Solid experience or knowledge in HVAC installations (ductwork, chillers, precision equipment). Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in MS Excel for itemized cost control and quantity takeoffs. Ability to provide technical responses on site and operational proactivity.
