Our drilling rigs are the heart of our operations, and those who maintain them in optimal condition are key contributors to our success. **Who We Are Looking For** We seek a Hydraulic Mechanic with strong technical experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to accurately and swiftly diagnose and resolve faults. If you are a professional committed to maintaining equipment at the highest operational level, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements** * Technical training in Heavy Machinery Maintenance Mechanics or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic for mechanical and hydraulic diamond drilling rigs. * Proven experience in lubrication system maintenance: engine oil changes, oil filters, fuel filters, and gaskets. * Proficiency in hydraulic systems: replacing seals in hydraulic controls, regulating hydraulic pumps, and changing hydraulic oil in crawlers and related systems. * Experience in timely execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment. * Availability to work in the Callao district (bordering San Martín de Porres). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Valid Category A1 driver's license. (Non-exclusive) **Main Responsibilities** * Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of diamond drilling equipment according to each project’s technical requirements. * Interpret hydraulic and mechanical drawings to accurately identify faults and plan interventions. * Ensure continuous equipment operability before, during, and after each assigned project. * Ensure compliance with company-established procedures, safety standards, and technical protocols. * Support other technical functions as required by the department based on operational needs. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one with all statutory benefits (Small Enterprise Regime). * Competitive remuneration aligned with market standards and your level of experience. * Integration into a specialized technical team working on high-impact national projects. * Job stability within a continuously growing company.
