Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor stock levels and visibility of fast- and slow-moving products. 2. Propose improvements to inventory planning and control processes. 3. Participate in purchase planning and scheduling. We are a leading company in heavy machinery repair and are seeking talent to fill the position of Industrial Engineer. * REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory planning, stock analysis, or supply management. * Proficiency in data analysis tools, BI, SQL, and ERP systems or logistics management platforms. * Prior experience in the mining sector is desirable. * RESPONSIBILITIES * **Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, and ensure visibility of fast- and slow-moving products.** * Evaluate procurement requirements and ensure alignment with internal policies and business objectives. * Participate in purchase planning and scheduling, coordinating across departments to ensure adequate product availability. * Prepare procurement, inventory, and supplier performance reports for decision-making. * Propose process improvements, automation, or adjustments to inventory planning and control models. * Requirements * Minimum education: University graduate * **2 years of experience** * Age: between 25 and 35 years * Knowledge: Strategic planning Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
