Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * We seek a Corporate Network Support Engineer capable of monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the continuous operational availability of the company’s telecommunications networks and services. The NOC Engineer is responsible for detecting, diagnosing, and escalating network incidents, ensuring high levels of availability, performance, and SLA compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor in real time the status of LAN/WAN networks, data links, communication equipment, servers, and critical services. * Close, document, and follow up on all requests submitted by the commercial department or end customers via the CRM system. * Provide solutions for corporate clients by optimally utilizing existing resources (VLANs, IPS, CPEs, etc.). * Document and monitor corporate services on current platforms. * Document incidents, corrective actions, and infrastructure changes. * Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and change windows (RFCs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * University degree in Computer Technology/Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SIP). * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds). * Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network\+, MikroTik. (Desirable but not mandatory) * 24/7 network monitoring capability (suitable for rotating shifts). * Escalate failures to second-level support teams. * Execute scheduled maintenance tasks. * Log incidents and generate technical reports. * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in similar roles.
