We believe technology is the engine, but people are the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to lead the definition of the integration technology roadmap for a large-scale organization. As the technical authority, you will ensure efficient, scalable, and secure system interconnection. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Define** and evolve the integration technology roadmap aligned with business objectives. * **Establish** architectural guidelines and approve integration diagrams for each institutional project. * **Advise** and guide the definition of technological solutions during design phases. * **Explore** and evaluate emerging technologies for future projects. * **Collaborate** actively with Business Partners, security teams, process teams, and external vendors. **What are we looking for?** **Technical Competencies:** * **Experience:** Minimum 7 years in roles such as Software or Solutions Architect, with at least 2 years of specific experience as an Integration Architect. * **SAP Ecosystem:** Solid hands-on experience with **SAP CPI, PO and/or PI**, and knowledge of functional modules (FI, SD, MM, SCM). * **Cloud Computing:** Demonstrable experience in **Azure Cloud** (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). * **Patterns and APIs:** Proficiency in **REST APIs**, Open API Framework, and patterns such as **Circuit Breaker** and **CQRS**. * **Methodologies:** Familiarity with agile frameworks (**SAFe, Scrum**, Lean) and enterprise architecture (**TOGAF**). **Education:** * **Academic:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Languages:** Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * **Desirable:** Azure Solutions Architect certification and DevOps experience. **Soft Skills:** * Clear and effective technical communication to engage diverse stakeholders. * Leadership and mentoring of technical teams. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in multi-project environments. **What do we offer?** * **Flexibility:** Hybrid work model (Reference: Miraflores). * **Real Growth:** Career path based on performance and seniority (Lead Profile / Senior Individual Contributor). * **Feedback Culture:** Close mentorship and continuous learning. * **Impact:** Participation in cutting-edge technology projects and strategic decision-making. * **Benefits:** Specialized IT staffing contract. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real-world experience?** We don’t expect you to be an expert in every tool from day one—but we do expect a strong technical foundation and curiosity to keep learning.
