We are looking for a leader who ensures operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and strict regulatory compliance across all our areas. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and execute the complete cycle of operational and functional audits. * Proactively manage risks and controls, driving continuous process improvement. * Keep updated on regulations, internal procedures of the area, and propose process improvements. * Prepare high-level final reports for the Board of Directors. * Ensure proper management and rigorous archiving of evaluation documentation. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma in internal auditing, internal control, or compliance. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions, with at least 3 completed audits (implementations or maintenance of management systems), preferably in the mining-metallurgical sector. * Knowledge of PLAFT system regulations. * Proficiency with KPIs and intermediate level Microsoft Office skills. * Full-time position based in La Oroya under a 5x2 work schedule. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES:** Must submit a documented Curriculum Vitae (CV) from November 27th to December 5th, 2025 at: Lima: Edificio Capital Golf - Av.
