Identification of improvement opportunities using AI JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise the end-to-end execution of export operations from order receipt to shipment. Support rate and commercial terms negotiations with shipping lines, airlines, logistics operators, customs brokers, and other suppliers. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Commercial departments to ensure product availability and compliance with export schedules. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization using Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies. Prepare executive reports for the Export Department Head on logistics performance, key indicators, and improvement opportunities. Manage logistics risks, operational contingencies, and supply chain changes by proposing timely solutions. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Foreign trade tools; ADEX training preferred / Intermediate Excel proficiency. Intermediate English (B1 level). Minimum 4 years of experience in foreign trade, exports, supply chain, etc.
