Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in Systems Engineering or related fields with experience in IT administration, technical support, and ERP system management to maintain the company’s technological infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of corporate antivirus software and web page control. 2. Proficiency in ERP systems (STARSOFT, Tgenesys, CONCAR) and VoIP with Asterisk. 3. Key role in technical support, network maintenance, and equipment maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Systems Engineering or related disciplines. * Five years of experience performing duties related to the position’s area of specialization. * Experience in corporate antivirus administration and web page control. * Experience in software license management. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Proficiency and experience in folder management and access-level configuration. * Proficiency in VoIP with Asterisk (telephone switchboard). * Proficiency in Linux. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook email system, hosting server maintenance, etc. * Proficiency in installation and maintenance of networks. * Knowledge of technical maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, and printers. * **Knowledge of STARSOFT, Tgenesys and/or CONCAR ERP system management (Highly important)** * Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Java or Visual.Net programming. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support at our main branch in Puente Piedra and at our Santiago de Surco branch (as required). * Administration and control of email systems, computing equipment, and telephony. * Responsible for ongoing staff training on proper use of computing equipment, telephony, and email. * Configuration and maintenance of company laptops, computers, and printers. * Maintenance of the VPN network for interconnecting all company locations. * Configuration, maintenance, and updating of company software: Microsoft, Windows, Concar, Office, AutoCAD, Acrobat, Antivirus, Hosting Email Server, among others. * Maintenance of the TGenesys billing software. * Supervise compliance with regulations governing appropriate use of computing equipment, landline and/or mobile telephony, and email. * Administration and control of barcodes for tracking the entry and exit of computing equipment, landline and/or mobile telephony, and email. * Implementation, administration, control, and support of the STARSOFT ERP system. * Safeguard all company information through backups, updated biweekly.
