More information: http://coderio.com We are looking for a **Backend Technical Leader** who serves as a bridge between business and the technical team, leading architectural decisions, ensuring technical quality of delivery, and maintaining the project's technological consistency. This is a high-impact position within a strategic initiative with a defined end date—ideal for candidates with strong backend development experience, technical leadership, and distributed architectures. ### **What You Can Expect From This Role (Responsibilities)** Define and safeguard the project's technical architecture. Lead the technical team (Backend, Mobile, and QA) on a day-to-day basis. Make technical decisions and resolve blockers. Collaborate with the facilitator on sprint planning and risk management. Ensure development best practices: Code Reviews, Testing, and Documentation. Act as the technical point of contact with the client when required. Uphold technical quality and consistency of implemented solutions. ### **Mandatory Requirements** +5 years of Backend development experience (**Java**, preferably). +2 years of experience in **Tech Lead** or **Software Architect** roles. Experience formally or informally leading technical teams. Experience with Kafka, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Backend, Mobile, and QA). Experience working with agile methodologies in high-pressure environments. Ability to make technical decisions and manage risks. ### **Desirable** Experience in Fintech or payment processing projects. Conversational English. Mobile development knowledge (iOS and Android) for cross-technical reviews. Prior experience interacting with clients in technical leadership roles. ### **Benefits** 100% remote work.
