Supervise finishes and control construction timelines **Junior Architect (Retail \& Commercial)** We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and highly organized **Junior Architect** to join our design and commercial development team on a **full-time** basis. The ideal candidate will contribute creativity, attitude, and technical knowledge to the development of stores, commercial premises, and brand experience spaces. **Main Responsibilities** * **Supervise finishes** on-site to ensure compliance with commercial design quality standards. * **Control execution timelines** and coordinate directly with suppliers and contractors. * **Verify floor plans** and resolve technical interferences directly at the commercial premises. * **Develop detailed drawings** for commercial furniture, lighting, cladding, and specific finishes. * **Report construction progress** to the lead architect through visual and technical reports. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Architecture. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in **commercial projects, retail, or finish supervision**. * **Location:** Must reside in Lima (with availability to work **in-person in Miraflores** and travel to on-site locations). * **Technical Software:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, or **SketchUp**. * **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, ability to negotiate with suppliers, and field-oriented problem-solving skills. **Position Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Full-time. * **Salary Range:** **S/ 1,200 \- S/ 2,000** (based on evaluation and work experience). * **Workplace:** Miraflores, Lima (with site visits to projects). Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
