Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support and coordinate projects, prepare civil drawings and structural calculations, and collaborate with other disciplines. Key Highlights: 1. BIM software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000) 2. Experience in industrial plants or highways 3. Ability to develop civil drawings Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Project. * REVIT \- BIM SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY. * MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL PLANTS OR HIGHWAYS. * CAPABLE OF DEVELOPING CIVIL DRAWINGS. * GOOD PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL AND WORD. * STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY (ETABS OR SAP2000)\. * AUTO CAD AND/OR STRUCTURAL AND CIVIL SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY. * BASIC ENGLISH. Responsibilities: * Support and coordination of project planning and monitoring. * Participation in meetings and coordination activities. * Preparation of detailed drawings using CAD and Revit (structural/architectural/electrical/MEP). * Performing structural calculations using ETABS or SAP2000. * Preparation of quantity take-off documents and material lists. * Preparation of drawings and documents as directed by supervisor or team leader. * Coordination with designers from other disciplines. * FOLLOWING COMPANY PROCEDURES FOR DOCUMENT DELIVERY. * SUPPORT TO OTHER DISCIPLINES.
