Job Summary: We are seeking Junior Electronic Engineers for C&R Integral Service, specializing in telecommunications, to perform maintenance, programming, and technical support for radio communication. Opportunity for professional growth At C\&R Integral Service, a company specialized in telecommunications solutions, we are looking for **Junior Electronic Engineers** with experience in radio communication and technical support to participate in projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of analog and digital radios. * Programming Motorola radio equipment. * Configuration, testing, and commissioning of communication systems. * Use of laptop with Motorola programming software (CPS). * Handling measurement tools such as multimeters. * Field inventory of Motorola radio equipment. * Preparation of technical reports on performed activities. * Support in workshop equipment control and registration, deliveries, and pickups. **Profile Requirements** * Electronic/Telecommunications Engineer (graduated or bachelor's degree candidate). * **Desirable 1-year experience** in telecommunications, radio communication, or technical service projects. (non-exclusive) * Knowledge of: \- Analog and digital radios. \- Applied electronics (filters, impedances, amplifiers). \- Use of multimeter or other measurement tools. \- Experience in radio communication and technical service. * **Desirable:** experience in the mining sector. * Willingness to travel outside Lima. * Desirable knowledge of fiber optics or AutoCAD. * High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced) WE OFFER: * Training in telecommunications technologies (radios, fiber optics, applied electronics). * Technical accompaniment and mentoring. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth.
