Job Summary: A professional with experience in underground mining to monitor, inspect, and update ventilation infrastructure, support simulations, and ensure compliance with the ventilation plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and control of environmental parameters in underground mining. 2. Inspection of ventilation infrastructure. 3. Support in ventilation simulations and basic calculations. Full Time On-site Planning Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering * 1 year of experience in underground mining Responsibilities + Environmental Parameter Monitoring and Control: Measurement of air velocity, airflow rates, temperatures, humidity, and differential pressures at various levels and working faces. + Ventilation Infrastructure Inspection: Field inspection of the condition of primary, secondary, and auxiliary fans; ducts, hoses, and accessories; stoppings, doors, and ventilation dampers; verification of air leaks and reporting of significant losses. + Data Collection and Plan Updates: Ventilation plans, air routes, locations of fans and ducts; reporting of operational changes affecting the ventilation circuit. + Support in Simulations and Basic Calculations: Perform airflow, pressure loss, and ventilation requirement calculations according to standards; input data into simulation software (Ventsim). + Monitoring Compliance with the Ventilation Plan: Minimum airflow per worker, sufficient air renewal, temperature and contaminant control; immediate reporting of any substandard conditions. ### **Alpayana** #### **Mining** **Peru, Lima, Lima** We are Alpayana, a mining group committed to sustainable mining, positively contributing to our environment through every action we undertake.
