




Job Summary: We are seeking a Land Manager – Negotiator to join our team, ensuring fair and sustainable agreements with landowners for infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring the execution of national-level infrastructure and engineering projects. We are currently seeking new talent who share our purpose to join our team as a Land Manager – Negotiator, to accurately collect data in the project’s designated area and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants. **Responsibilities:** * Patrol electrical transmission lines by motorcycle to monitor encroachments within easement corridors. * Notify adjacent landowners of transmission lines about associated risks and safety measures. * Collect information and photographs. * Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants (land parcels). * Report progress to immediate supervisor using prescribed formats. * Account for and use allocated resources efficiently. * Use assigned transportation efficiently. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Technician. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and georeferenced graphic database software. * Own motorcycle. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication skills at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, good interpersonal skills, strong writing ability, and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits:** * Fuel is covered by us.
