Job Summary: We are seeking a law student or recent graduate to support the personal data protection, contractual, and consumer affairs areas, draft legal documents, and manage reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in personal data protection and contractual matters. 2. Drafting of contracts, addenda, legal bulletins, and legal alerts. 3. Review of regulations and preparation of legal reports. On behalf of our client, a prestigious law firm, we are looking for a professional with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Law student in the final semesters or recent law graduate. * Minimum 3 months of experience in law firms or legal departments (preferably in corporate law, regulatory law, or data protection). * Strong written and oral communication and synthesis skills (mandatory). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases. * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written). * Competencies in organizing, monitoring, and tracking activities, both internal and external events. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support personal data protection, contractual, and consumer affairs processes. * Manage weekly control reports on service proposals. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service-level compliance. * Draft contracts and addenda according to company templates. * Prepare monthly bulletins and legal alerts. * Support review of inquiries and cases in administrative proceedings (including inspections). * Review regulations related to personal data protection and artificial intelligence. * Prepare legal reports and respond to inquiries regarding data protection, consumer protection, and other regulated sectors. * Assist and coordinate administrative and legal tasks. **CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP:** Internship Agreement **OFFICE LOCATION:** Miraflores **WORK MODALITY:** On-site **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday **BENEFITS:** * Positive work environment. * Private health insurance.
