Job Summary: Support the implementation and adoption of artificial intelligence tools in a law firm, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and the legal team's way of working. Ability to follow up, work autonomously, and willingness to learn **INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVE:** Provide dedicated support to the firm’s AI implementation and adoption project, contributing to its efficient, orderly, and needs-aligned usage across various practice areas, as well as identifying concrete opportunities to improve the legal team’s productivity and working methods. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year law student or recent law graduate. * Genuine interest in artificial intelligence applied to legal work. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted legal research tools. * Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize information, and methodical work habits. * Interest in innovation, technology, and process improvement. * Ability to follow up, work autonomously, and willingness to learn. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the operational implementation of AI tools approved by the firm. * Collaborate in developing, updating, and disseminating internal protocols and guidelines for AI usage. * Support practical training for lawyers and other firm members on using implemented tools. * Monitor the team’s adoption level and effective use of such tools. * Identify, collect, and document AI use cases by practice area. * Support the development of periodic indicators and reports on usage, adoption, efficiency, and impact. * Provide basic daily support to lawyers using the implemented tools. * Identify opportunities to improve legal processes through AI usage. * Document best practices, risks, lessons learned, and recommendations related to AI usage within the firm. * Maintain ongoing coordination with the project sponsor to track the work plan and its priorities. **CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP:** Pre-professional or professional internship agreement. **WORKING HOURS:** Monday to Friday **MODALITY:** Hybrid **OFFICE LOCATION:** San Isidro **BENEFITS:** Intern insurance Send updated CV to: cv(arroba)selekto\-rrhh.com with subject line: Law Internship AI.
