Your role is to ensure the team adheres to engineering best practices, resolve complex technical blockers, and guarantee that the solution is scalable, secure, and efficient—acting as a strategic bridge to business objectives.**What will you do in this role?** **What do we need from you?** * Total years of experience: Minimum 6 years in development and 2 years in leadership positions. * Architecture and Development: Expert proficiency in Node.js/NestJS under clean architectures (Clean Architecture) or hexagonal architectures, and technical oversight of applications built with ReactJS and Kotlin. * Best Practices and Patterns: Mastery of SOLID principles, Clean Code, design patterns (Factory, Strategy, Observer), and Unit/Integration Testing (Jest). * Azure Ecosystem: Advanced experience implementing solutions on Azure Container Apps, AKS, Redis, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions, ensuring efficient service-to-service integration. * API Governance: Defining standards, versioning, and publishing services via Azure API Management (APIM). * Databases: Designing complex data models in SQL Server and scalability strategies in CosmosDB. * Security: Solid knowledge of implementing OAuth2 protocols and handling JWT. * Quality and Standards: Monitoring code health using SonarQube and establishing development policies that minimize technical debt. * English Proficiency Level: Technical. * Methodology: Expert experience in Agile environments (Scrum) and workflow using Azure DevOps.
