Job Summary: We are seeking a professional in Electrical Engineering to manage electromechanical and industrial projects, monitor schedules, costs, and progress, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of electromechanical and industrial projects 2. Monitoring and control of physical progress, costs, and schedules 3. Preparation of technical reports and coordination with clients **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering. * Training in project management. * Knowledge of planning, monitoring, and control of electromechanical and industrial projects. * Knowledge of cost control, valuations, productivity, and construction progress. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and planning software. * Ability to develop schedules, management indicators, and technical reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and update project execution schedules. * Monitor and control the physical progress of activities. * Prepare progress reports, S-curves, KPIs, and management indicators. * Ensure adherence to project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions to optimize costs and timelines. * Coordinate with the client, supervision, and involved departments to ensure schedule compliance. * Prepare progress reports and project control documentation. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
