If you are organized, proactive, and interested in the world of events and activations, this opportunity is for you. What will be your mission? Manage and control the agency’s logistical resources, ensuring that each activation has the necessary materials on time and in full. Key Responsibilities: Monitor incoming and outgoing materials from the warehouse Prepare kits for BTL activations and events Support quotation preparation when operational workload permits Coordinate asset returns after each activation Verify available stock and manage replenishments Coordinate material shipments to clients when required Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or similar functions Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (basic to intermediate level) Strong communication and writing skills High degree of organization, order, and responsibility Proactivity and coordination ability What do we offer?
