Budget, supplier, and inventory management for maintenance **Position Mission** Ensure optimal, safe, and continuous operation of the infrastructure, facilities, and equipment of Mundo Yanashpa and the resort through planning, execution, and supervision of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, as well as verification of compliance with established architectural guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of all infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and systems at the resort and Mundo Yanashpa. * \- Supervise technical operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, machinery, swimming pools, connectivity, security, and structural systems, ensuring operational continuity and quality standards. * \- Manage budget, suppliers, quotations, procurement, inventory, and control of tools and materials for the maintenance department. * \- Prepare schedules, roadmaps, and periodic technical reports, including evidence, incident analysis, applied solutions, and recommendations for administration and management. **Position Requirements** * Academic qualification: Technician or Engineer in electricity, mechanics, construction, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Minimum experience: 3 years in hotel, industrial, or infrastructure maintenance management. * Technical knowledge: Advanced electricity, water and drainage installations, project management, general knowledge of sustainable construction, specialized equipment, plumbing, and infrastructure. * Tools / systems: Proficiency in using tools, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, HVAC systems, and blueprint reading. * Residency in Tarapoto and personal mobility for commuting.
