Professional growth opportunities Colegio Cristo Redentor, a private educational institution with over 50 years of history, is seeking an innovative, didactic, and committed Mathematics Teacher aligned with our educational model, which promotes active pedagogy grounded in constructivism, meaningful learning, and competency development. Our approach is implemented through methodologies such as Project-Based Learning (PBL), blended learning, flipped classroom, and gamification. In this role, the teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing teaching–learning processes in Mathematics, from Grade 5 of primary school through Grade 5 of secondary school, ensuring coherent, articulated, and continuous progression of mathematical competencies across the transition between these two levels. Furthermore, the teacher will apply the Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract (CPA) approach to ensure students develop deep and meaningful understanding of mathematical concepts. The teacher will expertly integrate digital tools, designing and creating resources for the school’s virtual classroom (Google Classroom), as well as utilizing the digital materials provided by Santillana Publishing through its Compartir series. In addition, the teacher will design and implement competency-based assessments that evaluate students’ holistic development of mathematical skills.
