Teamwork and continuous learning. **Mechatronics Technician – Electromechanical Technician** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Preventive and corrective maintenance services for automotive workshop equipment such as lifts, wheel balancers, tire changers, and minor equipment. **SKILLS:** * **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of vehicle electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, as well as the functions of their components. * **Knowledge**: Ability to diagnose faults, use specialized tools and equipment, and knowledge of bodywork and painting. * **Attributes**: Organized, proactive, responsible, patient, and possessing a positive attitude. * **Practical Skills**: Ability to disassemble, rebuild, and replace mechanical parts, as well as inspect and change engine oil and brake fluid. * **Communication Skills**: Ability to listen to customers' problem descriptions, provide information, and prepare technical reports. * **Teamwork Capability**: Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate initiative. * **Learning Capacity**: Willingness to engage in continuous learning. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Ability to interpret technical manuals. · Basic Mechanics. · Higher education in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. · Valid A-1 driver's license (optional) .
