Job Summary: We are seeking a Mining Engineer with solid experience in underground mining, team leadership, and safe operations management. Key Highlights: 1. Safe management of mining operations On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting personnel to fill the position of Mining Engineer for a mine located in Ayacucho. We seek a professional with solid experience in conventional underground mining, oriented toward achieving operational objectives, team leadership, and safe management of mining operations. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and registered member of the Mining Engineering Association. * Minimum 10 years of experience serving as: Mine Manager, Section Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Mining Operations Engineer. * Proven experience in underground mining and exploitation of mineralized bodies. * Knowledge and experience in meeting mining plan targets for progress and production. * Familiarity with safety regulations and SSOMA management systems. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (geologists, technicians, operators, and labor personnel). * Proficiency in specialized mining operation software. * Ability to quickly and safely resolve operational and logistical issues in the field. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, plan, and supervise mining extraction operations. * Ensure operational efficiency and achievement of production targets. * Safeguard personnel safety and compliance with environmental standards. * Coordinate and supervise the mine operational team. * Optimize processes and ensure continuous operation of the mining unit. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Employment Conditions** * Work Schedule: Mining Regime 20x10 or 22x8 * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. Salary: S/.7,000.00 - S/.8,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
