




Job Summary: We are seeking a Network Professional to monitor and manage WAN and LAN networks, ensuring operational continuity and timely incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in monitoring and managing WAN/LAN networks (MPLS/SDWAN) 2. Diagnosis and resolution of alarms across various platforms 3. Proactive and corrective fault management for VIP customers We require the following for our team: Academic Qualification: Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields Certification: CCNA training courses Experience: · 2–3 years of experience in: Monitoring, control, and tracking of WAN (MPLS/SDWAN) and LAN link incidents, coordinated with various departments responsible for maintaining telecommunications links. Reporting and addressing requirements from Telefónica’s Service Manager and end customers. Proactive and corrective fault and incident management for VIP customers of Telefónica del Perú (now Integratel). Diagnosis and resolution of alarms on platforms: Solardwins, Sigmars, Multiping Free, Viewtinet. Validation of routing protocols and BGP sessions on the MPLS network PE router. Diagnosis of incidents at the WAN/LAN and SDWAN network level. Responsible for monitoring and managing clients’ WAN and LAN networks nationwide, ensuring operational continuity, service stability, and timely incident resolution.
