Position Summary: A reputable company is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to design, implement, and supervise safety procedures for high-risk work activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of occupational safety and health procedures. 2. Supervise high-risk work activities at construction sites and projects. 3. Actively participate in OSH standardization processes and training programs. A well-established company specializing in Fire Protection Systems Installation, with over 25 years of market presence delivering electrical, plumbing, and fire protection installation services, seeks an SSOMA Supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical diploma holder, Bachelor’s degree, or graduate in Industrial Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering. · Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Safety Specialist or SSOMA Supervisor in high-risk work activities at construction sites or projects. · Experience in industries, mining, hydrocarbons, construction, and/or healthcare sectors. . Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. . Knowledge and experience in high-risk work activities, evidenced by certificates in working at heights, hot work, excavation, electrical hazard, confined spaces, first aid, fire extinguisher handling, etc. **FUNCTIONS:** · Design, develop, and implement written safe work procedures (PETS), IPERC matrix, ATS. . Supervise high-risk work activities on-site from an SSOMA perspective. · Prepare weekly occupational safety and health statistics reports for both the client and the organization. · Maintain up-to-date documentation of the OSH Management System (SGSST). · Develop procedures, processes, protocols, surveillance plans, and formats as required by the department. · Conduct regular and unannounced inspections to verify compliance with established standards and procedures. · Deliver training sessions and safety talks according to the annual OSH training plan. · Participate in standardization processes, submitting the company’s corresponding SSOMA documentation.
