That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Support the development of projects and process improvements led by the Operational Excellence team **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Support in developing process manuals * Support in developing workflows, data matrices, and procedures * Support in developing data analytics (BI) tools * Support in developing robotic process automation (RPA) tools * Develop presentations for communication across all levels **About You** * Academic Profile: University student majoring in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related fields, currently in the 8th semester or beyond * English: Intermediate\-Advanced * Tools: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; Intermediate proficiency in Power Automate; Working knowledge of SQL. * Competencies: Teamwork, continuous improvement mindset, collaborative work ethic, accountability, and willingness to propose ideas and communicate assertively.
