Specialized in process optimization, **KPI analysis**, and generation of executive information for decision-making. * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience **Key Experience and Responsibilities:** * Project control and monitoring (scope, time, cost, and quality). * Administration and structuring of project databases. * Development and automation of dashboards in Power BI. * Construction and monitoring of operational and financial KPIs. * Analysis of variances (budget vs. actual, planned progress vs. executed). * Generation of early alerts and executive reports. * Process optimization and improvement of information flows. **Achievements / Focus Areas:** * Enhanced project performance visibility through dynamic dashboards. * Reduced reporting time through automation. * Supported decision-making through reliable data analysis. **Technical Competencies:** * Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas). * Database management. * Agile and traditional project methodologies. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Organization and time management. * Proactivity and continuous improvement. **Send your CV to: recursoshumanos@tecmeing.com** **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM \- 1:00 PM **WORK LOCATION** On-site employment (if applicable, willingness to undertake short trips according to project requirements) Travel availability Residence near Chorrillos or its surrounding areas Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
