




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Operations Executive with strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to manage life insurance cases. Key Highlights: 1. POSITION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be capable of working effectively in teams, and maintain a customer-centric approach. The candidate must also demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. General Responsibilities: Analyze client cases for life insurance claim settlement. Take timely action on any situation that may impact customer service or defined processes. Evaluate and analyze post-sale service provided to life insurance brokers. Provide customer service via electronic channels. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote). Formal employment under the General Regime (with all legally mandated benefits). Candidate Requirements: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields (Technical or University level). Minimum 6 months’ experience in automotive claims handling or the insurance industry. Experience in customer service. Strong ability to work collaboratively in teams and on projects of varying complexity. Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments and dynamic settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools: creating Pivot Tables in Excel and delivering impactful presentations in PowerPoint. Must have personal laptop and reliable internet connectivity (Wi-Fi) for work purposes.
