Birthday leave day At IP InfoOut, a specialist in Human Resources Services, we seek top talent to join our team as Payroll Assistant and contribute to our mission of delivering high-value solutions to our clients. **What We Are Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or Economics. **Experience:** * 2 years of experience in payroll and compensation areas. * At least 6 months of proven experience with the BUK system. * Experience managing payroll for over 200 employees. **Specialization:** * Diploma or specialized course in HR or Payroll Management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the Buk system. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor and tax legislation (SUNAT, AFP, ESSALUD). * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). * Experience with PLAME, AFPNet, and T\-Registro. * Knowledge of accounting entries (desirable) **Main Challenges of the Position:** * Process and validate salary and wage payroll (for over 200 employees) in Buk. * Calculate and manage labor benefit payments (bonuses, CTS, vacations, overtime, etc.). * Apply legal deductions and withholdings. * Verify concept configuration in Buk. * Issue and distribute electronic pay slips. * Comply with current labor regulations and submit legal reports (PLAME, AFPNet, T\-Registro). * Monitor payroll-related tax payments (fifth-category income tax, Essalud). * Prepare labor cost and provision reports. * Coordinate with Accounting for accurate bookkeeping. * Provide support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries. * Manage special cases (leaves, subsidies, severance payments). * Propose improvements and automate processes in Buk. * Participate in the implementation of new system functionalities and testing. **What We Offer** * Inclusion in SME payroll from day one. * Good work climate and wellness culture. * Ongoing training and career path opportunities. * Birthday leave day.
