




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in labor legislation and payroll management to ensure regulatory compliance and proper processing of employee benefits. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in labor legislation (General, Mining, Civil Construction) 2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or payroll ERP systems 3. Comprehensive payroll management, social benefits administration, and tax declarations PAYROLL ASSISTANT What Are We Looking For? Graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Solid knowledge of labor legislation (General, Mining, and Civil Construction Regulations), calculation of social benefits, PLAME, T\-REGISTRO, AFP NET, and payroll systems. Training courses in Human Resources and/or labor legislation (preferred). Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) and/or payroll ERP systems (e.g., Starsoft, Placar, etc.). What Challenges Will You Face? · Preparation and analysis of payroll, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and profit-sharing. · Monitoring of the monthly calculation of Fifth Category Income Tax (I.R.). · Calculation and recovery of subsidies. · Filing and payment of AFP contributions and PLAME PDT. · Processing employee registrations and cancellations in T\-REGISTRO (SUNAT). · Processing registrations and cancellations for LIFE INSURANCE LAW (MINTRA). · Issuance of payroll journal entries and monthly accruals. · Daily review of electronic mailboxes from SUNAFIL and MINTRA. · Support in SUNAFIL, SUNAT, and labor audit requirements, among others. · Knowledge of the Civil Construction Regime.
