Perform biweekly checks on measurement equipment when the HSEQ Coordinator is absent from the office, and communicate the status of such equipment to all staff. Fulfill the annual Integrated Management System (IMS) program related to Occupational Safety and Health. · Develop and support implementation of safety standards, task procedures, and safety and occupational health practices. · Prepare the IPERC matrix, aspects matrix, and emergency response plan for projects and offices. · Support safety and occupational health induction for new and third-party personnel. · Execute pre-use checklists as a safety management tool (for operations, equipment, high-risk work, PPE) in office and field settings. Conduct safety meetings and support related activities. · Identify, report, and correct hazards/aspects and risks/impacts within the work area. Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation. · Comply with commitments set forth in the integrated policy for quality, environment, and occupational safety and health management. · Participate in the development and updating of the risk map. · Comply with IMS-related recommendations. · Comply with regulations, rules, and instructions of occupational safety and health programs. · Properly use company instruments, materials, equipment, facilities, and information. Cooperate and participate in investigations of work accidents and occupational diseases when required by competent authorities or when known information aids in identifying root causes. · Promptly inform the employer of any event or situation that endangers or may endanger personal safety and health or physical facilities. Immediately implement corrective measures where possible, without incurring any penalty. · Immediately report any incident, work accident, or occupational disease to safety representatives or delegates.
