Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive marketing/digital content intern to design and edit visual and audiovisual content for social media and campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Creative brand idea proposals **POSITION: MARKETING / DIGITAL CONTENT INTERN** **Candidate Profile:** We are looking for a student in the final cycles of Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields, with an interest in digital content and social media development. The ideal candidate must possess creative skills, results orientation, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments, contributing innovative ideas for the brand’s visual communication. **Requirements:** * Student in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields * Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator * Knowledge of video editing (CapCut or similar tools) * Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to digital content * Focus on social media content design and editing (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) * Creativity, proactivity, and speed in task execution **Main Responsibilities:** * Design of graphic assets for social media and internal campaigns * Video editing (Reels, TikTok, and short-form audiovisual content) * Adaptation of content to various digital formats * Support in digital content planning and execution * Proposal of creative ideas aligned with brand identity **Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation * Organization and deadline adherence * Teamwork * Effective communication **Note:** Internships will be conducted under Law No. 28518 – Law on Labor Training Modalities and its regulations. **Application:** Interested candidates may send their CV to the email: **recursoshumanos@maculadt.com.pe** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
