Job Description: An innovative private company operating in the agricultural sector—engaged in value addition, circular and self-sustaining management, and manufacturing and representation of proprietary and third-party products—requires a **final-year student or recent graduate** in Business Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering. The intern will provide active support in implementing, maintaining, and improving our Integrated Management System (based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\), ensuring alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current pharmaceutical industry regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in quality, processes, and regulatory compliance within a highly specialized and dynamic sector. **Academic Qualification, Degree, and/or Level of Studies:** Student or graduate of Business Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering. **Courses and/or Specialized Studies:** * Courses in Quality Management Systems (ISO Standards) included in the academic curriculum. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Required Knowledge for the Position:** * Theoretical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015\. * Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including fundamental concepts of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential for data analysis). **Responsibilities:** * Documentation Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing, coding, and controlled distribution of Quality Management System documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms). * ISO Standards Implementation: Participate in activities related to the implementation and/or maintenance of ISO 9001 (Quality) certification and other relevant standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001\). * Training: Support preparation of training materials and coordination of staff training sessions on ISO-related and GMP topics. * Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. **Soft Skills:** * Strong learning ability: Genuine desire to learn and rapidly absorb new concepts. * Attention to detail: Meticulous and precise in handling documentation and data. * Proactivity and initiative: Ability to propose improvements rather than solely awaiting assigned tasks. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively across different company departments. * Effective communication: Ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both orally and in writing. * Organization and planning: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines. **WE OFFER:** * Internship certificate. * Certificate of training course on implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, provided by the implementation consulting firm. * Competitive market-based salary. * Pleasant working environment. * Stability during internship and integration into the company. * Future career and business development opportunities within the company. * Performance-based bonus during the internship.
