Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Officer to supervise air conditioning installation and service works in the field, managing safety and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and ensure compliance with safety plans, procedures, and policies 2. Hazard identification and detection, risk assessment 3. Supervision and control of workplace conditions A family-owned company specializing in Structural Engineering Projects and Mechanical Installations, as well as execution of Steel Structure Works; Air Conditioning and Industrial Ventilation Systems, requires: An Occupational Health and Safety Officer to supervise air conditioning installation and service works in the field, performing the following duties: \- Manage and ensure compliance with the safety plan, procedures, and safety policies. \- Hazard identification and detection, risk assessment. \- Conduct daily safety induction talks before commencement of work. \- Assist in completing daily safety documentation, such as ATS and Work Permits. \- Supervise and ensure workers use appropriate PPE for each task. \- Supervision and control of workplace conditions. \- Emergency management and coordination of preventive actions. \- Compliance with Technical Building Standard G050: Safety During Construction and applicable regulations. \- Strong organizational and communication skills. \- Preference for candidates residing in Lima. \- Immediate availability. Technical Skills: \- Microsoft Excel / Word (Intermediate) \- OneDrive (Basic) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
