Job Summary: Responsible for evaluating, validating, and developing applications of new technologies and equipment for the GC Corp portfolio, ensuring performance, reliability, and technical-commercial support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical evaluation and homologation of new equipment for the Peruvian market. 2. Development of applications in collaboration with experts and commercial support. 3. Training for technical teams, sales staff, and customers on new technologies. **Job Objective** Responsible for evaluating, validating, and developing applications of new technologies and equipment incorporated into the GC Corp portfolio, ensuring performance, reliability, adaptation to the Peruvian market, and technical-commercial support for the launch of new product lines. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical evaluation** of new equipment: inspection, assembly, performance validation, and fault detection. * **Homologation** for Peru: verification of technical specifications, materials, certifications, and safety. * **Operational testing**: capacity, consumption, robustness, thermal recovery, maintenance, including generation of protocols and reports. * **Application development** together with chefs, baristas, and technicians for recipes, processes, and manuals. * **Commercial support** during launches, demonstrations, trade fairs, and training sessions. * **Training** for technical service, sales staff, and customers. * **Information management**: technical library, comparative datasheets, failure reports, and brand benchmarking. **Preferred Academic Background:** Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, or Technical Gastronomy. **Required Experience:** 3–5 years in foodservice equipment, SSTT, refrigeration, cooking, automation, or project work. **Technical Skills:** Electricity, gas, refrigeration, blueprint reading, SAP, Office, basic CAD. **Desirable:** Technical English, basic Italian, IoT and connectivity. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Number of homologated equipment units per year * Validation time * Faults detected prior to launch * Launch success rate * Number of training sessions conducted * Commercial satisfaction * Number of new applications developed **Future Evolution of the Area:** * Evaluation and homologation * Applications laboratory * IoT \+ Micsac Cloud * LATAM Product Development Center Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.5,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
