Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervises production operations, coordinates teams, manages schedules, and optimizes processes in the manufacturing of concrete elements and structures. Key Highlights: 1. Quality supervision and control in concrete and structural production. 2. Schedule, materials, and equipment maintenance management. 3. Preparation of technical reports and production optimization plans. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily production operations, controlling quality in the manufacturing of concrete elements, steel structures, and modules. * Coordinate with operators, maintenance staff, and warehouse personnel. * Manage project schedules, efficiently control materials, and schedule equipment maintenance. * Prepare technical progress reports and implement production optimization plans. **Candidate Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Technical knowledge of concrete prefabrication, modular construction, and integrated project management. * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, design/planning software, and office productivity tools. * Demonstrable competencies in leadership, on-site problem-solving under pressure, and effective communication with workers and clients. **Application:** Interested candidates meeting the profile requirements must submit an updated CV indicating availability.
