QUALITY INTERN – OPERATIONS (FIBER OPTIC) A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Quality Intern for the Operations area (Fiber Optic Provision and Maintenance). Work Location: San Isidro – Lima Work Modality: On-site Contract Type: Maternity leave coverage (3 to 4 months) Main Responsibilities: Review and audit of work orders for installations and faults. Validation of technical closure and proper documentation in the system. Monitoring and control of management indicators (SLA, rework, response times). Preparation and updating of Excel reports and indicators. Verification of compliance with operational procedures. Identification of improvement opportunities in provisioning and maintenance processes. Requirements: Student in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
