




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional quality intern to ensure compliance with standards, monitor processes, and support continuous improvement in quality management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with product quality parameters 2. Monitor the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3. Support process optimization and efficiency improvement Fructus Terrum is seeking a Professional Quality Intern to perform the following functions: * Inspect and verify compliance with quality parameters for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products (temperature, humidity, weight, appearance, etc.). * Monitor proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and hygiene and sanitation plans. * Conduct random sampling and basic physicochemical tests according to established protocols. * Verify storage conditions, inventory rotation, and prevention of cross-contamination or allergenic contamination. * Record and update all quality controls, inspections, and events in the corresponding formats and systems. * Support maintenance and updating of quality management system documentation (manuals, procedures, records). * Verify compliance with labeling, traceability, and product safety requirements. * Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement. Requirements: * Education: Recent graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, Biology, or related fields. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations. * Intermediate proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of quality management software is desirable. * Familiarity with data analysis and report preparation. * Knowledge of food microbiology and chemistry principles. * Availability to work in Lurín **(Mandatory)** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,131\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
