We are an engineering and supervision consultancy with 10 years of experience in the industrial, mining, and construction sectors. We specialize in providing engineering technical solutions, construction supervision, and structural reinforcement design. We are currently seeking a **Project Architect** to join the team for an institutional project in Lima. The position aims to lead regulatory feasibility, architectural design, and interdisciplinary coordination for a vertical expansion project over existing infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Assignments:** * Conduct technical and regulatory feasibility analysis for a 5-level vertical expansion. * Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for the expansion, complying with institutional/educational standards. * Coordinate and integrate building services systems (Electrical, Sanitary, and Mechanical) with the structural proposal. * Manage compliance with the National Building Regulations (RNE) for municipal procedures and permits. * Prepare technical diagnostic reports on existing infrastructure and develop As\-Built drawings and Quality Dossiers. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Licensed and registered architect. * Minimum 5 years of experience designing expansions for educational, institutional, or industrial buildings. * Knowledge of RNE regulations and municipal permitting procedures. * Specialist in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination. * Ability to prepare detailed technical reports supported by photographic evidence and regulatory references, clearly and coherently. * Strong technical analytical skills and orientation toward timely delivery of deliverables.
